We are thrilled to announce a significant leadership transition at Les Elfes International that marks a new era of growth and innovation for our organization.

After 36 years of remarkable dedication and leadership, our esteemed CEO, Philippe Stettler, also the founder of Les Elfes International, has decided to pass on the torch to his daughter, Alexandra Stettler.

Alexandra brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role as CEO, having pursued her education at the prestigious EHL Hospitality Business & Hotel Management School in Lausanne, followed by advanced studies in ESADE Business School in Spain. With over 7 years of experience working in the financial sector in Switzerland and Singapore, Alexandra’s diverse background equips her to lead Les Elfes International into an exciting future. In addition, Alexandra has already been actively involved in Les Elfes camps, having been a camper as a child, serving in different departments as an adult, travelling for promotion in South America and Asia, and participating in developing our expansion project in Japan. As Alexandra would say:

“Les Elfes is like a third child in our family and has played a central role in shaping my life and how I was brought up. I hold a deep appreciation and love for the beautiful company that Les Elfes is, not only for the memories it has given me, but for the unique and unforgettable experience Les Elfes team manage to give to kids and for the potential that lies ahead into continuing to build this company further”.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Philippe Stettler, who, through his visionary leadership, transformed Les Elfes International from a modest initiative with 50 students annually and a single rented campus, into a world-renowned institution welcoming over 10’000+ students per year. His dedication has enabled us to expand our reach to students from more than 70 countries and school groups from more than 200 schools worldwide, build a private 2-chalet campus, and develop three other campuses across different locations. In addition, his continued commitment laid the foundation for our latest venture, the groundbreaking project in Niseko, Japan.

We are delighted to inform you that Philippe Stettler will continue to be part of Les Elfes International, spearheading new projects in Switzerland and Japan. His continued involvement promises to bring forth exciting opportunities and advancements for our organization.

As Alexandra steps into her new role as CEO, she inherits the solid foundation built by her father and mother, who is also an integral member of the company, and is ready to lead Les Elfes International with dedication and vision. We are confident that she will be able to maintain the values and standards that have been synonymous with our name.

We wish both Alexandra and Philippe great success in their respective roles.

We look forward to your continued support and partnership as we embark on this new chapter together.

Thank you for being a part of the Les Elfes International family.
